Wake Forest, NC- The 1996 Women’s Basketball State Championship banner hanging in Charles George Memorial Arena just got some company, as the Lady braves added another banner to the rafters with a 74-32 running clock victory over East Columbus.
The Lady Braves were hot from the opening jump, starting the game on a 21-6 first-quarter run and never looking back. Braves Nation never had to worry, as Ann Gardner and company had this one in hand for all four quarters.
